Nowadays, ventilation ducts are divided into thin steel ducts, fabric duct board ducts, aluminum ducts, composite steel ducts and plastic ducts according to the materials used. Among so many ventilation materials, how to choose a reasonable and suitable material? First of all, we must know the requirements for the selection of ventilation ducts: 1. All kinds of plates and pipes should have quality certification documents (including factory certificate, quality certificate and test report, etc.) and product list. 2. The wind control products are not allowed to have defects such as deformation, distortion, cracking, holes, flange drop, open welding, missing riveting, and missing bolt holes. 3. The valve body muffler, cover body, tuyere and other components of the equipment should check whether the dispatching equipment is active, and whether the muffler sheet and paint layer are damaged. 4. For transporting corrosive gases, its pipes and components must be made of fabric air duct plates. Rectangular flanges can be directly welded; round The flange should be processed by cold bending. (3) Aluminum duct. Made of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates. Because aluminum has better resistance to chemical corrosion, it is often used to transport corrosive gases. (4) Plastic sheet air duct. It is made of hard polyvinyl chloride plastic plate, which has good chemical stability and is often used to transport corrosive gases. According to the connection method, it can be divided into two types: bite and welding. Ducts are usually manufactured at a processing plant or construction site.
