The integrated temperature transmitter is composed of temperature sensor and signal converter. The signal converter is installed in the cold terminal terminal box of temperature sensor. Temperature sensor is affected by temperature and produces resistance or potential effect, and a differential voltage signal is generated by conversion. The signal is amplified by amplifier, and then converted by voltage and current, and the current signal corresponding to the range of 4-20mA or other 0-5v/0-10v signals is output.
The integrated temperature transmitter is divided into three types: common type, flameproof type and digital display integration. Among them, the common type and flameproof type can choose different internal temperature transmitter modules to meet the different application requirements of users. Temperature transmitter is divided into two series, thermocouple and thermal resistance, according to the different temperature sensor.
