The fault diagnosis and maintenance of the surface thermocouple of the thermocouple manufacturer The flame output maintenance control part and the ignition control part of the surface thermocouple protection equipment are separate modules in structure and operation, and the two parts affect each other in the operation process. The following only describes the failure caused by the flame extinguishing maintenance. The thermocouple flame fire-fighting protection equipment causes two main furnace failures: one is to avoid the fire break after ignition, and the other is to turn off the flame in the middle. Light up the fire, press the knob properly to ignite, and release the knob to extinguish the fire. This type of situation is known as 'letting the fire out and then putting it out'. (1) Check whether the gas meets the available gas in the furnace, check whether the air pressure meets the regulations, and check whether the plastic hose is bent. The purpose of this inspection is to prevent ignition failures caused by non-compliant gas standards. (2) Check whether the two power lines on the thermocouple are reliable. The power line of the thermocouple metal material column is screwed to the metal material oil circuit board on the side of the relay and a part of the metal material of the relay. (3) Ignition detection to see if the flame ignites the upper end of the thermocouple reliably, and whether the flame can leave the flame (the root of the flame does not touch the fire cover) or bounce. Otherwise, please adjust the position of the partition so that the flame is bright blue and the thermocouple is ignited smoothly. (4) After the above inspections are all normal, if there is 'Loosen the ignition power switchFailure to subside means that the depth of the knob hole does not match the height to width ratio of the manifold shaft. The difficulty can be solved by filling the knob hole with a moderate aspect ratio. (5) If the fault is not cleared after the above inspection, please disassemble and replace the relay. The relay has a high probability of failure with a thermocouple. (6) Then remove and replace the thermocouple. Thermocouples are generally not easy to be destroyed, and the probability of failure is small. (7) When the coating on the upper end of the thermocouple is too thick, and the ignition and shrinking time increases, the thermocouple must be cleaned. According to the inspection, the failure of 'fire accident and flame out' can generally be cleared. Don't try to replace the ignition, as it has nothing to do with the ignition control system.
