Bimetallic thermometer casing replacement procedures1

1. Before remove the thermometer to ensure will not affect the normal production, should contact the dispatch instructions, approval rear can work. 2. Confirm the environment there is no risk factors ( Such as natural gas leaks) Remove by riot wrench. （ Note: the meter connector connection pipe wrench must be used, so as not to loose. ） 3. Removed with a clean cloth or other items after the instrument interface block to live on the pipe to avoid sundry fall into. 4. Emptying the bimetallic thermometer of casing pipe section needs to be replaced. 5. Remove the need to change the bimetallic thermometer casing, install the new casing. 6. The slow pressurized pipe sections and leak detection at any time. 7. Inject a moderate amount of heat conduction oil thermometer casing. 8. The bimetallic thermometer installed, do not twist header. 9. Observe the thermometer work is normal.
