Air duct (1) The air duct should be installed after the construction of the building envelope is completed and the site is cleaned up. (2) Before installing the air duct, the position, elevation and direction of the air duct should be reviewed. To meet the design requirements, the position of the reserved hole should be correct, and the size of the hole should be larger than the outer dimension of the air duct by 100mm or more. (3) When handling the air duct, avoid collision or beating, so as not to damage the air duct. Dust and debris should be cleaned up before installation. If there is a pause during installation, the air duct opening should be closed to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering the air duct. (4) The interface of the air duct cannot be installed in the wall or floor, and pipes, wires and cables cannot be laid in the air duct. (5) If the air duct is transporting flammable and explosive gas, or in such an environment, necessary grounding measures should be taken for protection; if it is transporting air with a temperature higher than 80 °C, necessary protection should be taken measure. (6) There should not be seams at the bottom of the air duct, if so, it should be sealed. (7) If the air duct is to pass through the floor or wall, the embedded pipe or protective casing should be used, and there should be a flexible material between them for sealing. (8) When the air duct is connected with the equipment, there should be a flexible short pipe at the connection, with a length of 150-300mm, or the specified length. (9) The position of the air duct measuring hole should be selected in the area where no eddy current is generated, and it should be easy to measure and observe. 2. Support and hanger (1) All accessories of the support and hanger, the use of materials used, should meet the design requirements and parameter requirements. (2) Under the larger allowable installation distance of the air duct, the minimum specification of the hanger should meet the regulations. (3) The embedded parts of the support and hanger should be installed correctly, and should be firm and reliable. The embedded part should be cleaned, and the exposed part should be treated with anti-corrosion. (4) The support and hanger should not be located in the operation part of the equipment. When fixing the support and hanger, the expansion anchor bolts should be used for fixing, and the use of the expansion anchor bolts should meet the specified requirements.
