Installation of gas boiler thermometer (meter)

1. The installation location of the thermometer should be easy to work and not be affected by collisions, vibrations, etc.

2. The thermometer must be installed in the middle of the measured medium, and as far as possible to make it an oblique angle of 45° with the flow direction of the measured medium. The depth is not less than 150mm. When measuring the furnace temperature, it should generally be inserted vertically. If it is difficult to enter vertically, it can also be installed horizontally, but the length inserted into the furnace should not be greater than 500mm, otherwise it must be supported.

3. After the thermometer is installed, its insertion hole should be plugged tightly with mud to prevent the intrusion of external cold air from affecting the measurement accuracy. Thermocouples protected by ceramics should be slowly inserted into the measured medium to prevent the protection tube from rupturing due to sudden temperature changes.

4. The temperature change of the free end of the thermometer has a great influence on the measurement result, so it must be calibrated frequently or kept constant.
