WSS bimetal thermometer is a kind of on-site measuring instrument for measuring medium and low temperatures. The bimetal thermometer can directly measure the temperature of liquid vapor and gas medium in the range of -80 ~ 500 during various production processes.

A bimetallic thermometer is a kind of thermal bimetallic sheet wound on a screw thread as a temperature measuring device and installed in a protective sleeve. One end of the thermometer is fixed, called the fixed end, and the other end is connected to a thin shaft to become the free end. The pointer is positioned on a free end axis. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensor rotates accordingly, which changes the angle of the needle to the spindle, and indicates the corresponding temperature on the plate scale. The direct gauge allows you to change the needle through the steering transmission mechanism. Since the temperature sensor has a linear relationship to temperature change, the position indicated by the bimetal temperature sensor is the measured temperature value. Body material can be steel plate, cast alloy and stainless steel plate; the detection element also has a core-pulling structure; The adjustable angle temperature sensor head can be changed from angle type to right-hand type or from right type to angle type using bellows, rotation mechanism and other parts.
