The micro-armoured thermocouple is the same as the industrial assembled thermocouple. It is used as a transmitter for measuring temperature. It is usually used with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. It can also be used as a temperature sensing element for assembled thermocouples. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gaseous media and solid surfaces in the range of 0~800℃ during the production process of famous species. It is suitable for temperature measurement and control in narrow and curved places. It is an indispensable temperature measurement device in the chemical, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical and other industries.
working principle
◇The two ends of the conductors with different components are welded to form a loop. The direct temperature measurement end is called the working end, and the wiring terminal end is called the cold end, also called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the working end and the reference end, thermal current will be generated in the loop. Connect the display instrument, and the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectromotive force generated by the thermocouple.
◇The thermoelectromotive force of the armored thermocouple will increase with the increase of the temperature of the measuring terminal. The thermoelectromotive force is only related to the thermocouple conductor material and the temperature difference between the two ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the thermoelectrode.
◇The structural principle of the armored thermocouple is that it is made of a conductor, a high-insulation magnesium oxide, and a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tube with a jacket, which is drawn as one piece. Armored thermocouple products are mainly composed of junction box, terminal block and armored thermocouple, and are equipped with various installation fixtures.
◇There are two types of armored thermocouples: insulated type and shell type.

◇Flexibility: The flexibility radius of the armored thermocouple is not less than 5 times its outer diameter.
◇The outer diameter of the armored thermocouple is d≤¢5mm, and there are products with splash-proof or waterproof junction box. Please note that when installing the thermocouple, the exposed part of the device must be equipped with auxiliary supports such as brackets to increase rigidity and ensure firmness , To prevent the junction box from shaking back and forth and damaging the thermocouple.
Installation fixed form
◇The fixing device is for users to install. In addition to products without fixing devices, the armored thermocouple fixing devices have four structural forms: fixed ferrule type, movable ferrule type, fixed flange, and movable flange. The fixed card sleeve type can be fixed at one time by the user, and the movable card sleeve type can be fixed multiple times.
