(2) the mold temperature mold temperature directly affects the product size, usually in the test phase material category set, slightly adjusted according to the product quality, quantity during change is preferred. High mold temperature, melt body has good liquidity, is conducive to forming, but product shrinkage increases, the size will be smaller accordingly. Mold temperature is low, the melt body less liquid, is not conducive to forming, but product shrinkage decreases, and larger size accordingly. Mold temperature in addition to affect the product size, also determines the size of its crystallinity, die temperature high crystallinity is big, die temperature low crystallinity was low. Die temperature strength of its products has a certain influence, die temperature low product strength is low, when the mold temperature is low, the product liquidity, then combined with the thread position fusion will be affected, combined with line strength obviously decreased, moreover, die temperature low when its crystallinity, its strength is relatively low. Part (3) the drying temperature materials have traces of water molecules, it would lead to accelerate the decomposition of polymer, such as PC, PBT, etc. , so it must be fully dry before molding before production. When drying does not reach the designated position, not only will accelerate decomposition of materials, and produce a lot of bubbles, liquid will become very good easy generation as well as the phi front. So must be dry before molding.
