Thermocouple protection tube for aluminum solution material:
1. Wear resistance of superalloy: the special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy material is used as the temperature measuring outer protective tube, and the inner armored core body, which not only has higher corrosion resistance to the erosion of particles, but also plays a good role in the protection of the inner core body under high temperature conditions. TLC3: improved by TLC2 type, in addition to have the characteristics of TLC2 type, wear resistance has a special increase, far higher than TLC1 type, in the same working condition, can improve the life of two times. Operating temperature is 1300°C.
TLC4: from TLC1 must be further into, in addition to the characteristics of TLC1, there is a special increase in wear resistance, far higher than TLC1, under the same working conditions, can increase the life of three times, working temperature 1100°C. The service life of the protective tube for temperature measurement at the inlet and outlet of the ball mill can be up to 36 months.
