The working principle of the armored thermocouple is that two conductors with different components are welded at both ends to form a loop. The direct temperature measurement end is called the measurement end, and the terminal is called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermal current will be generated in the loop, and when the display instrument is connected, the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectromotive force generated by the thermocouple will be indicated on the instrument. The thermoelectromotive force of the armored thermocouple will increase with the temperature of the measuring end. The size of the thermoelectromotive force is only related to the conductor material of the armored thermocouple and the temperature difference between the two ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the thermode. The structure of the armored thermocouple is made of conductors, insulating magnesium oxide and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protection tube after repeated drawing. The armored thermocouple products are mainly composed of junction boxes, terminals and armored thermocouples. The device is composed of fixed installation. Commonly used thermocouples can be divided into two categories: standard and non-standard thermocouples. The standard thermocouple referred to refers to the thermocouple whose relationship between thermoelectric potential and temperature, allowable error, and a unified standard graduation table is specified in the national standard.
